Norris Pony Rods Selection Guide
Norris Type 30
Designed for light-to-medium loads in shallow-to-medium
depth wells and non-corrosive or effectively inhibited corrosive
well fluids.
Norris Type 40
For light-to-medium loads in shallow-to-medium
depth wells where corrosion is a problem and must be effectively
inhibited.
Norris Type 54
For medium-to-heavy loads in medium-to-deep
wells and non-corrosive or effectively inhibited corrosive well
fluids.
Norris Type 78
For heavy rod loads or deep
wells in mild-to-medium corrosive
well fluids that are effectively inhibited against
corrosion.
Norris Type 90
Designed for medium-to-heavy
loads at any depth in corrosive fluids
that are effectively inhibited against
corrosion attack.
Norris Type 96
Designed for heavy-to- extra
heavy loads at any depth in corrosive
fluids that are effectively inhibited
against corrosion attack.
Norris Type 97
For extra heavy loads at any
depth and fluids that are effectively
inhibited against corrosion attack.
