Care Plan. This plan offers options that allow you a wide choice

Basic Life

AD&D Insurance is provided by Norris
at no cost
to the employee.
This plan
offers options
for you to purchase supplemental
coverage
on yourself and/or your dependents.
Short Term
Disability
provides company paid benefits for up to six (6) months of
absence due to a non-occupational illness or disability.
Long Term Disability
or Disability
Retirement
provides continued income in the event of a serious disability
which prevents you from working for
longer than
180 days.
Flexible Spending
Accounts are
available to help employees save money on out-of-pocket costs
for eligible expenses related to Health Care and Dependent
Care. Reimbursement
of Health Care expenses can be processed
automatically,
without requiring additional paperwork.
401k Savings
Plan allows employees to contribute pre-tax savings
into a variety of investment options. Company matching
contribution provisions are designed to encourage your
participation and to help you save and plan for your
retirement.
Defined Benefit
Pension Plan may be provided by Norris at no cost to you and
provides an additional source of retirement income.
Ten (10)
Paid Holidays
are scheduled
annually.
Two (2) to
Five (5) Weeks of Vacation is available based on your length
of service with Norris.
Tuition reimbursement
for approved technical, skill-improvement and degree-related
courses is available in addition to company-provided training.
